Logistics

General: The review will take place at Jefferson Lab, in room F-113 of CEBAF Center (see http://www.jlab.org/visitors/visiting/).  Just come to the main entrance of the building, and sign in with the receptionist.  The cafeteria is adjacent
to the meeting room, allowing a working lunch if desired.

Travel: TJNAF reserved a block of 8 rooms at the residence facility, which is located a very short walk from the main building where the review will take place, and where the cafeteria is located. Information for reserving a room is located at http://sura.org:8500/resfac/accomodations/reserve.html. The block of rooms "LQCD Review" is available only until April 13.  (This block may have already been taken by the review committee.) They also reserved a block of 15 rooms at the Days Inn Oyster Point for the nights of May 13 and May 14. The rate is $67.00 plus tax. Cut off for the room block is 4/29/07. The hotel is located at 11829 Fishing Point Drive, less than a mile from the lab. To make reservations, attendees should call 757-873-6700 and reference the "LQCD Workshop at Jefferson Lab". The hotel's website is daysinncitycenter.com.

You may also find information about other hotels in the area at the visitors web page, http://www.jlab.org/visitors/visiting/accom.html
