User can ask for help through the “GET HELP” menu option at the top left of the page https://www.sdcc.bnl.gov/. This “GET HELP” option leads to an area with links to start a ticket by email for

- User account Support
Tickets should be sent to these areas for most day-to-day issues that arise.
For issues related to the initial setup of project allocations, adding collaborators to a project and getting an account, a ticket should be sent to the USQCD liaison. An email address for the liaison will be available soon.
