The USQCD All Hands' Meeting is April 4 & 5, 2008, at Jefferson Lab.

Register at the JLab web site, where you will also find information on travel, accomodations, and all others aspects of visiting JLab.

Check-in help for those staying the SURA Residence Facility.

The allocation period is July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009.

Final allocations, successful proposals, and initial deployment plan.

October 20, 2008:  To adjust for the unanticipated amount of running received by USQCD on the ANL BlueGene/P, allocations and deployment have been rebalanced.

January 16, 2009:  To adjust for USQCD's award from INCITE for CY2009, allocations and deployment have been rebalanced again. (Previous allocations assumed that the CY2009 INCITE award would be just as big as in CY2008. In fact, the award increased from 19.6 M core-hours on the BG/P at ANL and 7.1 M core-hours on the XT4 at ORNL to 67 M and 20 M, respectively.)
